Since 2013, I have provided therapy services to those want to move from spectator to participant by
rediscovering the Authentic Self.
Our nervous systems are designed to protect and in doing so we can feel foggy/disconnected or
feel overwhelmed with chaotic energy leading us to behaviors that do not align with the life we want.
My training with Stephen Porges and the Polyvagal Institute is the basis on my approach in every session.
With bringing this knowledge to my clients, we explore their nervous system patterns,
practice regulation skills, and identify what resources are helpful for them when stress inevitably happens.
